24" x 24" Acrylic on canvas painting of two children and their dog on a boat, riding out midsummer to Tancook Island to their ancestral homestead in the Atlantic ocean off Mahone Bay Nova Scotia. Tancook Island is only accessible via passenger only ferry from Chester Nova Scotia and was world famous for it's sauerkraut.
